  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs. Please allow 7-15 business days for international deliveries.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Check available destinations at checkout.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once the return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions within 5 business days. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return it following the above steps, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
